We tried a new workout!
Sooo… we had a KILLER workout recently. We got our fitness on at Beyond Pilates NYC. Pilates is something we’ve really wanted to try for a while now, so we were super excited to have the opportunity to do it in this amazing studio!
For the first session, we focused on full body. We’re talking ABS, BUTT, and ARMS. Then came our next session, where our instructor, Ed Morand, helped us identify our weak muscles to get them to perform better. You know that, feel good pain, satisfying kind of sore after a good workout? Well, we had that 100%!
Ed worked us really hard (honestly don’t know how we’re still alive)… but we can’t wait to do it again!
